Darren Sharma
Chief Executive Officer
Darren founded Frontline Analysts in 2005 after 11 years as a ranked credit analyst. His career spans roles at BNP Paribas, Société Générale, and WestLB, with a background in bond market regulation at the Bank of England. Darren holds a degree in PPE from Oxford University and a Masters in Economics.
Dan Davies
Equity
Dan is responsible for training at Frontline. With over 15 years of experience as an award-winning equity analyst at Credit Suisse and BNP Paribas, Dan’s expertise ensures the highest standards in training. He holds a first-class degree from Oxford and an MSc in Finance from London Business School. Dan is the author of one of the Financial Times business books of the year for 2024, The Unaccountability Machine.
Dermot Gleeson
Credit Risk Management
Dermot leads credit risk management at Frontline, drawing on his experience with European and Asian financial institutions. His roles at Mellon, CLSA, and the Bank of England shaped his career, complemented by his distinction in economics from LSE and CFA charterholder status.
Ranjith Perera
Risk Modelling
Ranjith is a Chartered Statistician with 15 years of experience in risk modelling at major global banks, including RBS and ABN-AMRO. He holds a PhD in Statistics from the University of London and specialises in credit and market risk.
